2. Quotations
All quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change thereafter.
3. Payment Terms
To commence any consulting or implementation work, the following payment structure applies:
– 50% Deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the quoted project value is required before any work commences.
The remaining 50% becomes payable immediately upon completion of the agreed scope of work and prior to the release of final documentation where applicable.
Late payments may attract interest at the maximum rate permitted under South African law.
4. Project Delays
Where project delays occur due to:
Client Availability
Lack of Documentation
Delayed Approvals
Cancelled Meetings
Unavailable Staff
Fisher Infusions reserves the right to:
Revise Timelines
Suspend the Project
Invoice for Completed Work
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information.
Provide access to staff.
Attend agreed meetings.
Review documents within reasonable timeframes.
Provide requested documentation.
6. Certification Disclaimer
Fisher Infusions assists organisations in achieving certification readiness.
Certification decisions are made solely by accredited Certification Bodies.
Fisher Infusions cannot guarantee certification.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Methodologies
Processes
Assessment tools
Training material
Website content
Remain the intellectual property of Fisher Infusions.
Documents may not be resold, copied or redistributed without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information unless required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fisher Infusions shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Certification decisions made by third parties
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
